Phase 3 Rewards Matrix
Phase 3 dissolves the three campaign blocs into two new fronts. This matrix preserves what
each roster carries forward from its Phase 1 participation and the Phase 2 world victories.
Legacy rewards remain attached to the rosters that won them, and the matrix now shows each
